Indigenous Language Open Mic at Woody Guthrie Center 4/27

Hawe Zani,

You are invited to an Indigenous language open mic night this Saturday, April 27 at the Woody Guthrie Center in Tulsa, Okla., historic Indian Territory.

If you join us this Saturday at Woody Guthrie, you will get to enjoy Indigenous poets Claire Collins, Talee Redcorn, Sarah-Joy Milner and Carmen Wiley, and following–a performance by Elisa Harkins! The event starts at 7 p.m., and requires tickets, except for children who are 17 and under, who may enter for free.

Hope to see you there! A little hint to any aspiring Indigenous models out there… come as if you were ready for your runway walk. And, a note that there is an event taking place at Guthrie Green this Saturday, so you might need a little extra time for parking.

With care,

Chelsea T. Hicks
